If you want to pay by CREDIT CARD, simply add your credit card to our secure booking site when you create an account.
If you want us to DIRECT BILL to your insurance company, upload your insurance information on your Intake Form for your First Visit. Alternatively, you can show your therapist your insurance information when you come in for treatment so they can add it to your profile. For a list of which therapists bill to which insurance companies, go to 'Direct Billing' on our dashboard.
If you want to pay by E-TRANSFER, ask your therapist for their email address and add them as an E-Transfer recipient on your banking site.
If you are paying with a GIFT CERTIFICATE bring it in to show your therapist. If the treatment you've booked costs more, simply pay the balanced owed after your treatment.
