Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment.
Your appointment time is reserved for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations.
Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full fee of the missed appointment.

Reimbursement
Extended Health Plan Reimbursement:
Most of our therapists bill directly on your behalf to insurance companies, however some do not. Please go to our dashboard and you can check by clicking on 'Direct Billing' to see which plans your therapist bills to, if any.
*If your therapist does not bill directly to your specific plan, do not worry. Simply pay your therapist the full amount of the service and you will be issued a receipt to submit for reimbursement yourself. It's honestly quite easy!
Most extended health plans cover massage therapy by an RMT and acupuncture by a Registered Acupuncturist. Please check with your particular plan to see what services you are covered for. The majority of plans cover 80% to 100% up to a certain dollar amount per calendar year.
Please add your policy # and ID # to your Intake Form when booking your Initial appointment.
