Pacific Blue Cross ALL of our therapists bill directly to PBC.
Telus Health E-Claims All of our Therapists bill to Telus Health Insurance Companies (see below for list) except the following RMTs: Marla Pickering, Toby Neumann, Stephanie Wilcott
GreenShield ONLY Vy Glaboff RMT and JL Harder RMT bill directly to Greenshield
Sunlife ONLY Vy Glaboff RMT bills directly to Sunlife
ICBC clients: Due to recent changes in ICBC’s health care provider contract, we will no longer be able to bill ICBC directly. However, we remain committed to supporting our clients throughout their recovery. Clients involved in motor vehicle accidents can still receive treatment at Sunrise Health and submit their receipts to ICBC for reimbursement.
If your therapist does not bill directly to your specific plan, do not worry.
All of our therapists are REGISTERED therapists, so you will get reimbursed one way or another.
Simply pay your therapist for the full amount of the service and you will be issued a receipt to submit for reimbursement yourself. It's honestly quite easy!
Please bring your policy # and ID # to your first appointment or add the information when filling out your online Intake Form.
