Alexander (Sasha) Ledenev RMT
Hi everyone, I’m Sasha! I moved to Vancouver in 2012 and was immediately fascinated by its freedoms, diversity, and easy access to nature. Originally from Ufa, Russia, a colourful and multicultural place, I’ve always been curious about the human body and how it functions. That curiosity led me to study massage therapy, and I graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. I’m passionate about helping people feel and move better.
In my treatments, I use a combination of Swedish massage techniques, myofascial release (with more drag), joint mobilizations, and active and passive stretching techniques. My goal is to help with pain relief, mobility, relaxation and overall wellbeing. I believe that movement is one of the best things our bodies can do, and massage therapy can play a major role in helping us move more freely and comfortably. Whether you’re looking to decrease pain and tightness, restore range of motion, or reduce the occurrence of headaches, I’m here to work with you toward your unique goals. No matter where you are on your wellness journey, recovering from an injury or maintaining your results, I’m happy to support you. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me outside, enjoying the fresh air in any weather and cycling around the city. Book a session, and let’s get you moving and feeling your best!
