I graduated from the full time program at VCMT in April 2023 and I am writing my registration exams this September. With over ten years of experience in yoga and parkour, I have had my fair share of injuries and manual therapy has always helped me get back on my feet when I was feeling down and out.
I grew up in Yellowknife, spending the summers doing parkour, playing baseball, and exploring the wilderness. During the winter, I played hockey, practiced judo, and competed in speed skating. I moved to Vancouver in 2015 to see what life would be like on the west coast, and I instantly fell in love with the mountains. I did a month-long yoga teacher training intensive back in Yellowknife in July 2020 where we studied the body, and it led me down this path to where I am today as a future massage therapist. |
