I graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2017 and spent the last
few years working there as an Instructor and Supervisor. I strive to provide a safe and welcoming treatment environment for all bodies. I have experience treating post surgical individuals who’ve undergone a variety of surgeries such as: gender affirming surgeries, post mastectomy, orthopaedic, etc… I have also taken specific breast cancer classes, so I am familiar with the language used and types of procedures and rehabilitation that may be involved. The comfort level of my patients is most important to me. In regards to massage therapy, I believe everyone has different needs and goals. I enjoy injury rehabilitation and collaborating with patients to provide well rounded treatments that are tailored to each individual. I treat therapeutically incorporating Myofascial Techniques, Trigger point and Orthopaedic releases, Scar Tissue work, Joint Mobilizations, IASTM (using a small tool) and Swedish massage in a focused, calming way. In my spare time, you can find me drawing, tattooing and making ceramics in my local pottery studio. |
