This summer, I graduated from the Langara RMT program in August 2023. I have over 400 hours of practical clinical experience treating all kinds of musculoskeletal concerns to systemic conditions. During my time at school, I discovered my passion for the human body and the benefits massage therapy can have. My main focuses during treatment are Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques, with an emphasis on relaxation. When I’m not in school, my hobbies are exercising, going to the beach, and listening to music.
